Founder & CEO
Fatema’s journey into recruiting wasn’t straight. It was shaped by resilience, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to building meaningful connections. As an immigrant, business owner, and mother, she’s experienced firsthand the challenges of balancing ambition with responsibility. She has run multiple home-based businesses while raising a family and, through those experiences, has learned the actual value of relationships, trust, and finding the right people to support growth.
With a few years of professional recruitment experience, she founded PRESSENCE RECRUITING to do more than fill positions. She wants to create lasting partnerships between small—to medium-sized businesses and the exceptional talent they need to thrive. David Giguere
Business Development Manager
David Giguere serves as the Business Development Manager at Pressence Recruiting. Growing up as the middle child in a military family, he learned the value of connections early on. His time in Japan left a lasting impression, and he later built his career in California with Halliburton.
Since 1981, David has worked his way up from a field engineer to various roles in business development, gaining experience in sectors such as oil and gas.
For the past 29 years, he has focused on helping clients and job seekers create win-win outcomes. Joining Pressence Recruiting has allowed him to thrive in a startup environment, where he is passionate about connecting people and fostering growth. David looks forward to meeting and serving new clients and candidates!
